1 box beef or chicken frozen taquitos (the beef have more flavor)
19 oz. can of enchilada
12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Place the taquitos in a 9x13" pan. Cover with enchilada sauce, making sure that every taquito is covered. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Take off the foil and bake an additional 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite toppings.
