Middle
School Parents
The family access system
is still causing us a few problems. Please
continue to test the system periodically, but
there is no need to contact us if you can't get
into the program. We are aware of the
problems, and are working with the provider to get
everything fully operational. We sincerely
hope to have everything worked out within the next
few days. Thank
you!! |

BOX
TOPS COMPETITION The box tops competition has
begun! Grades K-5 will compete to collect
the most Box Tops by grade for a March pizza
party. Please collect and send in your Box Tops
with your children. Each classroom has a special
Box Tops box which they can place their Box Tops
in for their class. FLAG will be collecting Box
Tops and updating the class standings at the end
of each month. Watch the Friess Lake flyer for
continued updates. Middle school students can
either give their Box Tops to a buddy of their
choice or place the Box Tops in the box in the
office. Remember, clipping and saving
Box Tops offers our school a way to earn cash
through everyday purchases-- all at no additional
cost to you. Clip Box Tops from hundreds of
participating products. Box Tops are worth 10
cents each when our school redeems them from Box
Tops for Education. Take advantage of the offers
from Pick n Save and Piggly Wiggly, buying 20 Box
Top products gives you an additional $17 (170
bonus box tops) for our school. Check on our
progress throughout the year by visiting
boxtops4educaton.com. Last year, Friess Lake
School collected over $2,000 in Box Tops for our
school! Spread the word, if everyone helps, we can
earn more cash for our school than ever before.
Good Luck! The first pick up will be
September 25th, 2009. If you have any questions
please email Patty Ruona at pruona@charter.net. |

Friess
Lake Action Group (F.L.A.G.)
Friess Lake Action Group
(F.L.A.G.) is our parent group that helps raise
money for school without
"fundraising". The funds have been used
to purchase technology equipment, classroom
supplies, mulch for the playground, an automated
defibrillator and so much more. Please see
the attached to find simple ways you can help
your school. F.L.A.G.
