New Time for Kids' Night In: 7:00
pm
Invite
Your Buddy Night!
March 12 will be the last
movie for the school year. Beginning at 7:00 PM in
the Commons, children and parents will see Planet
51. We're making this evening "Invite
Your Buddy Night". The buddy program at
Friess Lake School is a really wonderful program
for all ages involved. Let's celebrate this great
program by encouraging our children to invite
their buddies to join them for this
evening. We know that your children will
have a great time!
Reminder to the first
grade and kindergarten families: Please call Nancy
Herro at 628-4610 or email at
nancyherro@sbcglobal.net if you are able to
volunteer for the evening.

School Safety Issues
^Enter and exit from Hwy.
164. Hwy. 167 is for school buses
only.
^Drive
slowly through the
parking area. Be aware of children being
escorted by their parents.
^Proceed through the drop
off area-pulling forward as far as
possible.
^Have your children leave
your vehicle as quickly and safely as
possible. Wait for your group of vehicles to
pull away from the drop off area.
^If you are waiting
in line to drop off your children, have them
gather their belongings so the drop off can go as
quickly as possible.
^If you need to leave
your vehicle to assist your child, do not
enter the drop off area. Instead, use
the parking area and escort your child to
school.
^Be aware of children -
especially those crossing the drop off area from
the parking area and those coming from the school
bus drop off area.
^Please adhere to these
instructions in all weather. (example: do not stop
at the cross walk when it is raining so your
children are close to the door of the
school). | |
