message about the early release we had on January
7.
This message was generated from Skyward
Family Access. It is
crucial that all families add their email
addresses to Skyward. (If your address changes, you can go
back into Skyward and update it.)
Just a reminder - Parent accounts
are separate from student accounts. Each

Check Out
Athletics!
Come to the Athletic Committee
Meeting!
The next
athletic committee meeting is Wednesday, February
10, at 6:30.
All board positions will be open next year
-- if you are interested in athletics, come and
see what it is all about! Athletics
promotes healthy life styles through exercise and
sports.
We raise money for team uniforms
(basketball, volleyball, cheerleading), gym
equipment and sports equipment. We
purchased the Friess Lake dolphin chairs, scoring
table and gym banners. We helped
pay for the automated basketball hoop system, will
help refinish the gym floor and are thinking about
purchasing a rock wall. We support
our kids' summer sport camps and award college
scholarships. How do we
do it?
By selling concessions and running
tournaments.
Come to the February meeting and let us
know you are
interested! |

Boys
Basketball Concessions
Schedule
The boys basketball season
begins January 18. Our first home games are on the
19th. We ask parents of all basketball
teams and parents of the cheer squad to help with
concessions during the home games. All parents are
welcome to help at concessions.
How do I sign
up:
The sign up sheet is on the
bulletin board at school.
- Sign up at
school.
- Call
(628-8575)/email me (tlangenb@charter.net) and I'll
sign you up. The sheet at school takes
precedence. I will contact you if there are any
scheduling issues.
- Please sign
up for 2 slots.
What do I
do?
- There are
instructions in the kitchen for setting up and
closing the concession booth. There are also
instructions for using the cash register.
This is really simple. Even I was able to
follow the instructions when I set up for the
first time last year and closed for the first
time this year.
What about my
kids?
There are always questions
about kids being in the concession booth.
- Maximum of
2 kids in the concession booth at a time.
- Must be
Grade 5 or older to work.
- Cannot
handle non-packaged foods (nachos, hot dogs,
pizza, etc.). [In order to meet public health
regulations and make our customers
comfortable].
Thank you,
Tracey

Apparel
Update
Our order was
placed a few weeks ago. The
clothing arrived and is on it's way to the
printers and embroiderers. However, our
supplier will be leaving on vacation and
we are not scheduled for delivery until
January 28th. I just wanted to keep
everyone posted! Thanks for your
patience.
