Hope
for Haiti
We need your help!
The Friess Lake seventh grade Spanish students are
doing a fundraiser to help the people in Haiti who
are affected by the earthquake. Our goal is
to raise at least $500. We are inviting you
to help us.
The people in Haiti have
little shelter and are lacking the bare
essentials. We are asking you to consider
donating money which we will be sending to the
American Red Cross. If sending a check,
please make it out directly to the American Red
Cross. Money will be collected from Friday,
January 29 through Friday, February 12.

Scrip is fundraising
while you shop®. The program allows your
non-profit organization members to purchase scrip
for everyday expenses like food, clothing, and
entertainment while earning a percentage of each
dollar of scrip purchased back in revenue. Scrip
is "no-selling" fundraising.

Help!
For the past 2 years the
5th grade Junior Troop 4116 has been earning the
Girl Scout Bronze Award, the first of 3 high
honors in Girl Scouting. As part of our
focus on the community we are holding a collection
for the Washington County Humane Society.
Log onto their website
www.washingtoncountyhumane.org to view the
animals' wish list. From February 15th -
February 26th please help us by donating any of
the needed items and put in the boxes located
around the school. We will deliver them to
the animals!
